Former Greater Accra Regional Minister, Titus Glover, was seen visibly moved with emotion during the state funeral for the eight gallant men who perished in the recent helicopter crash.
At the solemn ceremony yesterday, Mr. Glover broke down in tears as he joined dignitaries, family members, and mourners to honour the memory of the fallen officers.
The state funeral, which featured full military honours and stirring tributes, underscored the profound sense of loss shared across the nation.
The service included the reading of the biographies of all eight victims, alongside touching messages from widows, children, government officials, and institutional representatives.
Following the ceremony, six of the deceased were interred at the Military Cemetery in Tse Addo, with burial rites jointly officiated by the Ghana Armed Forces and their respective churches.
