Chief Executive of MobileMoney Limited (MML), Shaibu Haruna, has led a delegation of senior executives to pay a courtesy call on the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Dr Christian Yohuno, at the Ghana Police Headquarters.
The meeting marked an intensified effort to address growing security challenges within the digital financial space.
The high-level engagement focused on strengthening collaboration between MML and the Ghana Police Service, with particular emphasis on enhancing safety for Mobile Money agents nationwide.
The discussions also explored new avenues for capacity-building support, as MML expressed its readiness to assist the Police Service with initiatives aimed at boosting security operations within the digital financial ecosystem.
According to MML, the visit reaffirms its commitment to safeguarding the interests of customers, agents and business partners while deepening institutional cooperation to build a safer and more resilient fintech environment.
