Fast-rising artiste, Medikal, has explained circumstances surrounding his performance with former girlfriend, Sister Derby at the recently held ‘Welcome to Sowutuom’ concert.
In a phone-in conversation on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz, the Sowutuom-based rapper explained their joint performance was unplanned.

“Sister Derby joining me on stage wasn’t planned, it just happened. This is entertainment and the main purpose is to be happy and make the world a happy place,” he said.
Reacting to speculations that his current lover, Fella Makafui was upset over their performance, Medikal said: “It is never true Fella was not happy. People like spreading false news just to get traffic on their site. This is show business and people just choose to talk.”

‘Welcome to Sowutuom’ was the maiden edition of Medikal’s many-to-come concerts.
