The Headmistress of Mawuko Girls’ Senior High School, Rose Cynthia Nyawuto, in Ho of the Volta region, has revealed that out of the 994 students placed in the school through the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS), 623 have so far completed enrollment, with 620 reporting as of 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22.
In an interview with Adom News, the headmistress, Rose Cynthia Nyawuto, expressed satisfaction with the turnout and described the ongoing admission process as smooth and encouraging.
“We were allocated 994 students through the school placement system. As of today, 623 have completed the enrollment process, and 620 students have physically reported to school,” she stated.

She further urged parents and guardians of placed students to expedite the admission process to avoid last-minute challenges and ensure their wards settle in on time for academic work.
Ho Mawuko Girls’ SHS, one of the top-performing girls’ schools in the Volta Region, continues to attract students from across the country due to its strong academic track record and disciplined learning environment.
School authorities say they are well-prepared to receive the remaining students and have put in place adequate measures to ensure a smooth orientation and integration process for the fresh SHS1 students.
On his part, the Public Relations officer (PRO), of the Volta Regional Education Directorate also in an interview indicated that, so far all measures put in place by the Ministry of Education are due observed in the volta Region without any misunderstanding as part of the tour to Region at large.
He Also applauded the Headmistress/Headmaster’s of the Public and Private Schools in the Volta Region for adhering to the instructions given to them from the Ministry of Education for not misconducting in any bad behaviour that will tarnished the educational system in the Volta Region.
