Man remanded for suspected murder of wife

The Juaboso Magistrate Court, presided over by His Worship Samuel Entee Jnr Esq, has remanded 40-year-old Christopher Kabore for allegedly murdering his wife at Sehwi Saa Kwasikrom near Bonsu Nkwanta-Nkyesenkokoo in the Juaboso District of the Western North Region.

According to reports, the incident occurred following a domestic dispute.

Kabore allegedly attacked his wife, 31-year-old Nadeye Kasore, with a cutlass, inflicting multiple wounds, and later slashed her throat after accusing her of refusing sexual relations for the past four months.

After the alleged killing, the suspect reportedly buried the victim in one of their farms.

Following Kabore’s arrest, the police ordered the body to be exhumed and preserved at the Juaboso Government Hospital mortuary for further investigations.

Kabore has been charged with murder and remanded in police custody, with his next court appearance scheduled for January 20, 2026.
