A major fire has broken out in the Sabon Zongo area of Abossey Okai in Accra, prompting an emergency response from the Ghana National Fire Service.
Two fire tenders from the Industrial Area and Dansoman stations have been dispatched and are currently working to contain the blaze.
The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are not yet known. Emergency officials remain on the scene as the situation continues to develop.
