The Constitutional Review Committee will present its report to President John Dramani Mahama on Monday, November 24, 2025.
The eight-member body, established in January and chaired by Prof. H. Kwasi Prempeh, was mandated to examine gaps and challenges arising from earlier constitutional review initiatives.
Throughout its work, the committee engaged a broad range of stakeholders to gather diverse insights and develop practical recommendations aimed at enhancing Ghana’s democratic governance.
According to government sources, President Mahama has shown keen interest in the committee’s conclusions and is expected to take further action once the report is submitted.
