President John Dramani Mahama is set to hold a Non-Denominational Thanksgiving Service today, January 7, 2026, to commemorate the first anniversary of his administration.

The event, scheduled for 8:00 a.m. at the Forecourt of the Jubilee House in Accra, will be held under the theme, “Resetting, Rebuilding, and Renewing.”

It is expected to bring together religious leaders, government officials, members of the diplomatic corps, and other invited guests to express gratitude to God for national stability over the past year, while reaffirming the government’s commitment to renewal and inclusive governance.

The service forms part of activities marking the first year of President Mahama’s assumption of office and underscores the administration’s emphasis on unity, reflection, and national recommitment as it enters its second year.
