John Dramani Mahama has sworn in Daniella Mawusi Ntow Sarpong as Chief Fire Officer of the Ghana National Fire Service and Samuel Basintale Amadu as Comptroller-General of the Ghana Immigration Service.

At the ceremony, President Mahama charged the two security heads to provide decisive leadership and uphold discipline and professionalism within their respective institutions.

He urged Daniella Mawusi Ntow Sarpong to strengthen the operational effectiveness of the Fire Service and ensure it remains proactive and responsive in protecting lives and property.

Samuel Basintale Amadu was tasked with enhancing the performance of the Ghana Immigration Service, with particular emphasis on improving border management systems and reinforcing national security.
President Mahama stressed the importance of professionalism, accountability and strong leadership in safeguarding the nation and boosting institutional efficiency.
The two officials officially assumed office following the swearing-in ceremony.
