A new survey has revealed a mixed outlook among National Democratic Congress (NDC) delegates, with widespread concern about job creation challenges but strong optimism about future improvement.
The Global InfoAnalytics poll shows that 78% of delegates are worried about job opportunities, while 13% are indifferent and 9% say they are not concerned.
Despite these concerns, 88% of respondents expressed confidence that the employment situation will improve.
Analysts say the findings point to a “dual mindset” within the party’s grassroots—frustration over current economic conditions, but continued belief in the party’s ability to deliver solutions.
The report notes that although job concerns remain widespread, particularly amid high youth unemployment and ongoing economic pressures, confidence in future progress remains strong.
The survey also highlights slight variations across age groups, with delegates aged 25–34 showing the highest levels of concern and slightly lower optimism compared to older respondents.
