Vision FC head coach Nana Kweku Agyemang has hailed his side’s victory over Aduana FC in Dormaa as an “amazing” moment after securing their first away win of the season.

The Tema-based club made the trip to the Nana Agyemang Badu I Park on Sunday for their Matchday 17 encounter, where a first-half strike from Meshack Adjetey proved decisive.

Speaking after the game, Agyemang said the result was a reward for the belief he has consistently tried to instil in his young squad.

“We’ve always asked them to believe in themselves. This is the youngest team in the Ghana Premier League, so what we needed was belief,” Kweku Agyemang said after the game.

“So I think that this [win] will sell our message very well for them to realise that they should be able to fight not only win or home games, but be able to go away and get the results.”

Agyemang described the achievement as a significant milestone for the club.

“For us as Vision, our first away win this season is amazing,” he added.

The victory lifts Vision FC to 11th place on the league table with 21 points. They will next face FC Samartex in their Matchday 18 fixture on Sunday.
