Apostle Abraham Lincoln Larbi has issued a stern warning to Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng, stating that he will not respond to any invitation from the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP).
He insisted that he has done nothing wrong and will not allow himself to be intimidated.
“If the OSP calls me, I won’t go. On what grounds? If he comes to me personally, I will show him I am a spiritual person. He shouldn’t even dare invite me. Have I stolen government money? He is not above criticism. I am not a politician; I am a spiritual man,” Apostle Lincoln said in an interview on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen show on Tuesday.
His remarks follow a recent demonstration in Accra, led by Apostle Lincoln alongside private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu and other citizens, demanding the removal of Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng.
The group accuses the Special Prosecutor of failing to deliver on his mandate and is calling on President John Dramani Mahama to either remove Mr Agyebeng from office or dissolve the OSP entirely, arguing that the institution is not fulfilling the purpose for which it was established.
