Disappointed aspiring Assemblyman for Adukrom Nima in the Ashanti region is accusing officials of the Electoral Commission (EC) of stabbing him in the back.

This shambolic performance, the failed assemblyman attributed to the lack of vigilance on the part of EC officials.

Hon. Aponkye alleged that, his opponents had already stamped ballot papers and mixed them with votes before counting which led to his defeat.

“I was leading in 12 out of the 17 polling stations so how can I lose?. I blame the EC officials and will challenge it at the Supreme Court,” he added.
