Hearts of Oak on right path to regain African dominance – Daniel Amartey

Former Black Stars defender Daniel Amartey has expressed confidence in Accra Hearts of Oak’s progress, stating that the club is on course to reestablish itself as a dominant force in African football.

Amartey made these remarks during a visit to the club’s state-of-the-art training complex at Kpobiman, where he commended the level of investment and infrastructure development.

“This is how big clubs are built,” he said.

“With this kind of vision and investment, I truly believe Hearts of Oak is on the right path to once again dominate as a global force in football,” he added.

He also urged fans to rally behind the club’s Board Chairman and highest shareholder, Togbe Afede XIV, acknowledging his critical role in the club’s transformation.

“Phobians, you are lucky to have Togbe Afede XIV to lead you. Embrace him well,” he advised.

The Kpobiman training facility boasts multiple football pitches—both artificial and natural—a gymnasium, swimming pool, mini stadium, staff accommodation, and other modern amenities, positioning Hearts of Oak among the most well-equipped clubs on the continent.
