GOIL PLC has launched a major fuel price reduction initiative targeting 150 of its retail stations across Ghana, with petrol dropping to a landmark single-digit price of GH¢9.99 per litre.

The public is urged to check the comprehensive list below to see if their local station is among those offering the new, lower prices effective today, Friday, January 16, 2026.

The strategic price cut, which also reduces diesel (AGO) to GH¢11.21 per litre, is specifically focused on stations located near major transport hubs and corridors.

The Group Managing Director and CEO, Edward Abambire Bawa, told the Daily Graphic the selection was deliberate: “The price reduction applies to strategically selected GOIL stations located closer to commercial vehicle terminals and major transport corridors across the country… to ensure that the benefits… are passed on directly to commuters, transport operators, traders, and consumers.”

To help motorists, commercial drivers, and the public locate these stations, GOIL has released the full list of all 150 outlets, organised by zone.
