The woes of embattled businessman, Nana Appiah Mensah popularly known as NAM 1 are far from over as angry customers of his gold dealership firm, Menzgold have vowed to hunt him down.
The frustrated customers whose millions are still locked up with Menzgold said they will not rest until their demands are not met.

Their threat comes after a warrant for the arrest of embattled CEO of failing gold dealership company has been issued.
Nana Appiah Mensah is wanted for defrauding by false pretence after months of his failure to pay investors with Menzgold their entitlements.
Apart from Nana Appiah Mensah, the warrant is also for the arrest of Rose Tetteh believed to be his wife and his sister Benedicta Mensah who are directors of the company.

Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme Wednesday, the customers said they are livid when they heard the embattled CEO is hiding in South Africa or Nigeria.
They were however happy Interpol has also been alerted while any Ghanaian with knowledge of his whereabout is also charged to effect his arrest.
“We will smoke NAM 1 out of the hole you are hiding” a livid customer fumed.

The activities of the gold dealership company were halted by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) who disclosed the company was only licensed to buy gold from small-scale miners and export but not to buy or sell gold to the public.
The company which had scores of Ghanaians monies with them have been unable to refund the monies even though they have made numerous promises regarding the payment.
It promised to pay some dividends to customers on October 5 29018 but their offices were not opened on that day and have since not fulfilled their part of the bargain and promised even after customers went on demonstration against the company.
