A middle-aged man died on the spot when he crashed into a cargo car at Abeka junction in Accra.

The deceased, according to reports, was riding a bicycle around 5: am Tuesday dawn when the unfortunate incident occurred.

An eye-witness who spoke to our reporter, George Appiah Kubi said, the young man who was negotiating a curve from Tesano on top speed.

The driver of the cargo car, he stated was also heading the same direction and hit the young man.

“His head split opened when he landed on the ground” the eye witness added.
