Regional Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Alhaji Sanni, has descended heavily on Bernard Allotey Jacobs for describing the party in the Ashanti Region as “most indisciplined”.
Alhaji Sanni said the former Central Regional Chairman has no moral right to condemn them when worst things happened under his leadership.

Mr Allotey Jacobs had described the Ashanti regional branch of the NDC as being the most notorious branch of the party.
He said in the history of the NDC, the region has been a thorn in their flesh, by always courting bad press.
But Alhaji Sanni, on Adom FM’s Dwaso Nsem, chastised Allotey Jacobs, describing his comments as “rubbish”.

“Allotey Jacobs should shut up! Under him, a chairman was butchered in his room and he has the guts to condemn us,” he quarried furiously.
He said the shooting incident had nothing to do with party issues hence the party cannot be blamed for courting bad press for the NDC.

Admitting that the members are party members, Alhaji Sani said nothing can justify the killing of a party member even though he believes there are cracks in the party in the Ashanti region.
