With the Free SHS policy, Mark believes a higher crop of Ghanaians will be open-minded to know how to deal with facts.
Mark who is also head of the Creative Arts Council said “when the mind develops, it knows how to deal with facts… Free SHS will solve a lot of problems. Now about 70 per cent will receive basic education. At 6th form I learnt a lot of things I did in school…” he stated.
He added that when the minds develops, the laws will work better because you don’t need to use money to enforce laws before they work.
