Tottenham Hotspur manager Thomas Frank has delivered a major boost ahead of the North London derby, confirming that Mohammed Kudus is fully fit and ready to face Arsenal on Sunday.

The Ghanaian midfielder sat out Spurs’ final two matches before the November international break, against Chelsea and Manchester United, after picking up an injury.

The setback also ruled him out of Ghana’s friendlies with Japan and South Korea.

Frank, speaking at Friday’s pre-match briefing, revealed that Kudus has completed full training.

“Kudus trained today. He’s available,” he said.

Tottenham head into the clash boasting the league’s strongest away record this season, but history offers a reminder of the challenge ahead.

Spurs have managed just one victory at the Emirates Stadium since its opening in 2006 — the dramatic 3-2 comeback win in November 2010.

Kudus, who joined from West Ham United, has registered one goal and four assists in 10 Premier League appearances.

Sunday’s derby kicks off at 16:30 GMT.
