The one-week observance for the late highlife musician Nana Kwaku Duah, popularly known as Dada KD, has been scheduled for June 21, 2025.
The solemn ceremony will take place at the East Legon Executive Club House in Accra.
This follows his death on Friday, May 16, 2025, at age 54, after he reportedly complained of feeling unwell.
Before his passing, Dada KD was billed to perform alongside artistes including Obrafour, Slim Buster, and Kojo Blakk at a show in London on May 25.
In May 2020, Dada KD shocked many when he declared that he would soon join his late colleagues Kofi B and Bishop Bernard Nyarko in eternity.
He is best known for songs such as Tekyere Ma, Ene Menye, Wosuro A Wondi, and Honey Love, among others.
