The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has confirmed that the technical issue affecting the purchase of electricity credits for MMS-compliant meters has been fully resolved.
In a public notice released on Monday, December 29, ECG stated that the disruption, which had impacted credit purchases via the ECG Mobile App, the *226# short code, and authorized third-party vendors, is now corrected.
The company reassured customers that all platforms are operational, and electricity credits can be bought seamlessly without interruption.
