As many of us slowly get to grips with the ups and downs of working from home, it’s not a skill which has been mastered by everyone quite yet.

Like one worker, who was on a video call with her team when she was filmed walking through her house, dropping her trousers and sitting on the toilet, unaware that the camera was still pointed directly at her – leaving her colleagues in shock.

The fight against coronavirus has forced the majority of industries to rethink the way they work – including news channel SSN in Florida.

Reporter Jessica Lang began working from home last week, and quickly roped in mum Diana to take on the role of camera operator.

As she settled into her new work environment, Jessica got to work as she presented a segment from her kitchen – only for her dad Kevin to make an unexpected cameo.

Mid-sentence she cuts herself off, noticing her mum’s shock behind the camera, as she asks “what did you do mum?” before turning around the catch her dad walking into the room.

Poor Kevin hastily pulls down his T-shirt and makes a dash for the exit, hoping he hadn’t been spotted – but it was too late.

Spotting his sheepish expression and clearly running out of patience, Jessica screams “Dad, holy c***!” as the camera cuts out.

Jessica tweeted the video with the caption: “Work from home they said, it’ll be fine they said,” which quickly went viral, gaining more than 600,000 views and 11,000 likes.

It turned out to be just the report others needed to see to cheer themselves up, as one wrote: “On the bright side, he has his pants on.”

A second commented: “I’m having beers with Mr. Lang when this is all over.”

Another said: “I needed this laugh! Watching over and over.”
