The Accra High Court has ordered Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, and her co-accused to submit the complete terms of their proposed plea bargain ahead of the next court hearing.

The former fetish priestess, now evangelist, appeared before the court on Tuesday in the ongoing case in which she is accused of broadcasting nude images of Pastor Emmanuel Appiah Fumum, also known as Osofo Biblical.

The case was filed by Osofo Appiah, who alleges that Agradaa unlawfully aired a video showing him engaged in a sexual act with a married woman on her now-defunct Thunder TV station during her time as a self-styled fetish priestess.

During proceedings, the court directed that all parties file the full details of the proposed plea agreement at least three clear days before the next adjourned date, scheduled for December 16, 2025. The directive is intended to guide the court’s consideration of the plea bargain when the case resumes.

Meanwhile, Agradaa’s lawyer, Richard Asare Baffour, has urged the public to exercise restraint and await the court’s full judgment.
