The Ghana Football Association’s (GFA) Club Licensing Department is set to begin inspections of match venues and training grounds for all Ghana Premier League and Division One League clubs, starting Friday, July 11, 2025.
This initiative is part of the preparatory procedures for the upcoming 2025/26 Ghana Premier League and Access Bank Division One League seasons.
The inspection tour will kick off in the Volta Region, where the team will evaluate the facilities of Kpando Heart of Lions FC, Hohoe United FC, Home Stars FC, Rainmasters FC, and WAFA SC.
These inspections are vital to ensure that stadiums comply with GFA’s standards and infrastructure regulations, assessing both the quality and capacity of the venues.
The team will scrutinize the physical conditions of the stadiums, health and safety arrangements, as well as security measures designed to guarantee smooth and safe matchday operations.
Key areas of focus include facilities for players and officials, spectator amenities, and provisions for TV and media coverage.
The inspection process will conclude in the Central Region on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.
