The Church of Pentecost, Ho SSNIT Flat District, in partnership with its PEMEM and PENSA ministries, has organised a major free medical outreach for residents and traders at the Ho Central Market as part of its Missions and Diakonia initiative.

The programme provided essential healthcare and spiritual support to community members, particularly those with limited access to medical services.

Activities included door-to-door engagement in market stalls, shops, and ghettos; general medical consultations; vital checks such as blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring; typhoid and malaria testing; free NHIS registration and renewals; eye screenings; mental health assessments; as well as counselling and prayer sessions.

Speaking to Adom News on behalf of the Chairman of the Church of Pentecost, Apostle Dr. Eric Nyamekye, and the Ho Area Head, Apostle Emmanuel Agyei Kwafo, Pastor Peter Adams explained that the initiative aligns with the church’s mandate to care for both the spiritual and physical needs of the community.

Beneficiaries and community leaders praised the outreach as timely, impactful, and life-saving.
