Ghana’s nationwide recruitment for internal security agencies officially begins today, Monday, November 17, 2025, at 12 noon, with the opening of the Centralised Services E-Recruitment Portal (C-SERP) for applications.
The portal will remain open until Friday, December 19, 2025, giving prospective candidates a month to apply to join the Ghana Police Service, Ghana Immigration Service, Ghana National Fire Service, and Ghana Prisons Service.
Applicants are required to purchase a voucher either via the USSD code *71303# on all mobile networks or at any GCB Bank branch nationwide.
The notice emphasized that candidates must specify which agency’s voucher they are purchasing to ensure applications are correctly routed from the outset.
The C-SERP platform was introduced to make recruitment into the security services more transparent and accessible. The government reaffirmed its commitment to a fair process and warned the public to be vigilant against fraudsters.
The notice clearly stated: “There are no middlemen in the recruitment selection process. Be vigilant and do not fall prey to any scheme claiming to secure admission slots for a fee. The C-SERP process is free, fair, and open to all qualified Ghanaians.”
Applicants are further warned that submitting false information or forged documents may lead to immediate disqualification and potential prosecution.
Eligible Ghanaians are advised to access the portal via https://cserpgh.com, carefully read all instructions, and ensure they meet the requirements before applying.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stage of the screening exercise.
