An aspirant for the National Chairmanship position of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Boakye Agyarko, has received a major show of support from some regional chairmen of the party ahead of the party’s upcoming national elections.
The regional chairmen today purchased nomination forms for Mr. Agyarko, expressing their confidence in his ability to effectively represent and lead the party as National Chairman.
Receiving the nomination form, Boakye Agyarko thanked the regional chairpersons for what he described as their immense support and confidence in his candidature.
He said the gesture was a demonstration of the trust reposed in him and pledged to work with party members and stakeholders to strengthen the NPP.
Some supporters who spoke to Adom News also threw their weight behind Mr. Agyarko, saying they believe he has the experience, leadership qualities and commitment required to serve as the party’s National Chairman.
