Bechem United recorded back-to-back victories for the first time this season after edging past Swedru All Blacks with a hard-fought 2–0 win in their Matchday 15 encounter.

The Hunters welcomed the Premier League returnees to the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park on Saturday and made their early dominance count in the first half.

Augustine Okrah opened the scoring in the 16th minute, breaking the deadlock with a composed finish before James Yeboah doubled the advantage eight minutes later to put the hosts firmly in control at the interval.

Bechem United continued to dictate proceedings after the break, maintaining their superiority but failing to add to their tally despite creating several chances.

Swedru All Blacks were unable to mount a meaningful comeback as the hosts comfortably saw out the contest.

The victory moves Bechem United up to 12th on the league table with 16 points, while Swedru All Blacks remain 10th with 18 points.

Bechem United will next face a stern test away to Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium in Matchday 16, while Swedru All Blacks return home to take on Karela United at the Swedru Sports Stadium next weekend.
