A leading member of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Victor Smith has expressed shock at NDC Vice Chairperson Anita De-Soso’s decision to run as a National Organiser of the party.

According to him, Madam De-Soso sent him a message to inform him about her bid, but considered it as a joke because he never thought a woman could run for a National Organizer position.

“I never knew Anita would stand for a national organizer position. She even sent me a message to that effect but it came to me as a joke because I didn’t believe she could take that path” he stated.
