The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, is set to present his report and recommendations on the mediation efforts in the Bawku conflict to President John Dramani Mahama on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
This was announced in a statement issued by the Presidency and signed by the Spokesperson to the President and Minister for Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu.
The presentation is scheduled to take place at the Presidency at 4 p.m.
Otumfuo Osei Tutu II was tasked with leading mediation efforts in the long-standing Bawku conflict, and his forthcoming report is expected to detail progress made and propose recommendations aimed at achieving lasting peace in the area.
