Asante Kotoko have officially announced the signing of midfielder Seth Kwadwo from Bechem United as preparations intensify for the upcoming season.
The 23-year-old has committed to a four-year contract with the Porcupine Warriors, becoming the latest addition to the squad as the club gears up for its CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
“This is a big step in my career, and I’m grateful for the opportunity,” Kwadwo said when speaking with Kotoko Media.
“I spoke with Aziz and Francis before making the move, and they had nothing but good things to say about the club.
“That gave me a lot of confidence. I’m excited to get started and ready to give everything to help the team win,” he added.
Kwadwo’s arrival adds to a growing list of new signings that includes Hubert Gyau, Aziz Haruna Dari, Zackaria Fuseini, Johnson Owusu Oppong, and Francis Acquah, as Kotoko look to strengthen their squad for both domestic and continental duties.
Having featured in 72 league matches for Bechem United, Kwadwo is no stranger to top-flight competition.
He began his career with lower-tier side Asokwa Deportivo, where he earned a reputation as a dependable and combative midfielder.
