Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo has been named in the 2025 Premier League Fan Team of the Year, highlighting his standout season with AFC Bournemouth.
The 25-year-old has been in exceptional form during the 2025/26 campaign, netting nine goals and providing three assists in 19 league appearances.
Semenyo’s performance this year places him among the Premier League’s elite, with only Erling Haaland and Igor Thiago surpassing his goal tally this season.
In 2025, he ranked fifth for goals scored (15) and third for shots on target (47).
Semenyo is set to make a high-profile move to Manchester City in January, a transfer that comes off the back of his stellar displays for the Cherries.
Fans selected the team from a shortlist of 123 players, voting for their ideal Premier League XI based on performances throughout the calendar year.
Other notable inclusions in the fan-selected lineup include Arsenal duo Jurrien Timber and Gabriel Magalhaes, Chelsea’s Reece James, and Manchester City’s Erling Haaland.
