Surveyor Anthony Mallen Ntiador has been named Deputy Executive Secretary (Operations) of the Lands Commission.
In his new role, he will support the Executive Secretary in implementing the Commission’s strategic directives, in line with the mandate of the National Lands Commission.
With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Ntiador is widely respected for his leadership in land management and digital innovation.
His track record includes major contributions to the automation of key public sector systems such as the eJustice platform, the Attorney General’s Office, and the Births and Deaths Registry.
A champion of technology in land administration, Mr. Ntiador has long operated at the crossroads of geospatial solutions and governance.
As a Fellow and Council Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and CEO of TGTS Africa, he has led several transformative initiatives, including the DVLA’s Private Vehicle Testing Station system and Multimedia Ghana’s election results application.
Mr. Ntiador is an alumnus of KNUST and holds advanced degrees from top German institutions, notably an MSc in Land Management and Administration from the Technical University of Munich.
His expertise has been recognized by global institutions such as the FAO, GIZ, and the World Bank.
Outside his professional achievements, he is deeply engaged in community service.
He serves as Presiding Elder at the James McKeown Worship Centre in Adenta and chairs the PTA of the Pentecost Preparatory School.
He is also a certified counselor and an active member of various professional and community organizations.
Mr. Ntiador brings to the Lands Commission not only a strong technical foundation but also a people-first leadership style rooted in service and innovation.
