Self-styled evangelist Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, and a co-accused have filed a notice of plea bargaining in a case involving the alleged non-consensual sharing of nude images.
Agradaa, founder of Heaven Way Champion International Ministry, and Charles Omane, also known as One Gig, submitted the notice in relation to the alleged distribution of nude images of Prophet Emmanuel Appiah Fomum.
A third accused person, Enock Owusu Kissi, is however contesting a High Court ruling that dismissed his submission of no case and directed him to open his defence.
All three were scheduled to open their defence, but the case has been adjourned to October 21, 2025, pending the outcome of the plea negotiations.
Agradaa, who is already serving a conviction in another case, faces charges of non-consensual distribution and possession of intimate images. Her co-accused are facing charges of abetment in the dissemination of the said images, which were allegedly aired on Thunder TV in 2021.
All the accused persons have pleaded not guilty.
