The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) of Agogo Presbyterian Women’s College of Education has appealed to the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana to intervene in the recent resignation of the college’s Principal, Rev. Dr. Grace Sintim Adasi.
In a letter to the Moderator, the SRC expressed concern over the sudden resignation, highlighting the Principal’s pivotal role in maintaining stability, promoting academic progress, and supporting the overall welfare of the college.
The students described the resignation as a source of anxiety for both staff and students, especially at a critical period for the institution.
SRC President H.E. Adwoa Serwaa Bonsu and Secretary Alice Gyamfua urged the Moderator to engage Rev. Dr. Sintim Adasi and encourage her to reconsider her decision, emphasizing that her continued leadership would ensure unity, continuity, and sustained growth at the college.
The SRC expressed confidence in the Moderator’s wisdom and appealed for a timely resolution in the best interest of the college community.

REQUEST FOR YOUR INTERVENTION TO KINDLY ENGAGE THE PRINCIPAL TO WITHDRAW HER RESIGNATION
We bring you warm greetings from the Students’ Representative Council (SRC) of Agogo Presbyterian Women’s College of Education, and we pray that God continues to strengthen your leadership in guiding the Presbyterian Church of Ghana and its various institutions.
We write to humbly request your esteemed intervention regarding a matter of great concern to the entire student body, the recent resignation of our Principal, Rev. Dr Grace Sintim Adasi
The Principal’s leadership has contributed significantly to the stability, progress, and academic growth of the college. Her sudden resignation has created anxiety among students and staff, especially at a time when her presence, experience, and guidance are crucial to the smooth running of the institution.
In light of this, the SRC respectfully appeals to your high office to kindly engage the principal and encourage her to reconsider and withdraw her resignation. We strongly believe her continued leadership will promote unity, continuity, and the overall welfare of the college community.
