The Akan brands of Multimedia Group Limited, Adom FM/TV, through the benevolence of their audience, have donated more than GH₵40,000 to Maame Yaa Sarfoah for brain tumour surgery.
The donation follows a public appeal made by Maame Yaa, an orphan and a first-year General Arts student at Okuapeman Senior High School (SHS).
Narrating her struggles after the diagnosis, Maame Yaa said the condition has significantly affected both her physical health and academic life.
Receiving the cheque on her behalf, Senior Public Health Nurse at the Department of Surgery, Eunice Adubea Sarkodie, expressed gratitude to Adom FM/TV’s listeners and viewers for their overwhelming generosity.
