A wave of sorrow has swept through the Edwenase community in the Ashanti Region, following the suspected death by suicide of a 37-year-old nurse stationed at the Kokofu Government Hospital.
The lifeless body of Akosua Adutwuwaa was found hanging from a ceiling fan in her home on Sunday morning.
According to her mother, the lady began her day as usual, tending to household chores and preparing breakfast for her two-year-old daughter.
However, when the family prepared to leave for church, Akosua was nowhere to be found. A frantic search ensued, and she was eventually found lifeless in one of the rooms in their home.
