The Ghana Education Service (GES) has opened applications for the reposting of staff who were granted study leave with pay and successfully completed their programmes of study in 2026.
In a letter dated Monday, October 12, 2026, and signed by the Deputy Director-General (Management Services), Prof. Smile Dzisi, on behalf of the Director-General, the Service directed Regional Directors to inform eligible staff in their respective regions to apply.
According to the notice, applications opened on Monday, October 12, and will close on Monday, October 26, 2026.
Eligible staff are required to submit their applications through the designated online portal.

The GES said it was counting on the usual support of Regional Directors to ensure that eligible staff are informed about the process.
