Assistant Black Stars coach Desmond Ofei has insisted Ghana will leave no stone unturned as they prepare for their opening World Cup Group L fixture against Panama.
The Black Stars, who are targeting a first knockout-stage appearance since 2010, have been drawn in a challenging group alongside England, Croatia and Panama.
However, their build-up to the tournament has been far from ideal, with inconsistent performances in recent outings and concerns over the availability of key players.
Ghana begin their campaign on Wednesday, June 17, at BMO Field in Toronto, where Ofei believes the team is fully focused on securing a positive start.
“We are going to do everything possible to win against Panama,” he said in an interview with Asempa FM.
After facing Panama, Ghana will take on England at Gillette Stadium on June 23 before concluding their group-stage matches against Croatia on June 27.
The team has already arrived in Toronto and is expected to complete a mandatory training session ahead of their opening fixture.
