The New Patriotic Party (NPP) executives in the Asante Akyem South Constituency say all registered members are free to pick nomination forms ahead of the upcoming polling station and electoral area coordinator elections.
They have assured that no aspirant will be denied the opportunity to contest.
Speaking to Adom News, the constituency secretary, William Obeng, said the party’s leadership is committed to ensuring an open and transparent process.
He stressed that under no circumstances will any registered member be prevented from picking up nomination forms.
According to him, the party has already outlined clear guidelines and a code of conduct to govern the internal elections.
He added that these measures will guarantee a level playing field for all aspirants.
