Health Ministry engages Ga Mantse ahead of Free Primary Healthcare launch

A delegation from the Ministry of Health Ghana has paid a courtesy visit to the Ga Mantse, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, to officially invite him to the upcoming launch of the government’s Free Primary Healthcare (FPHC) initiative.

The delegation, led by Chief Director Desmond Boateng, used the engagement to brief the traditional leader on the objectives of the programme, which is designed to broaden access to quality primary healthcare services nationwide.

They also conveyed goodwill messages to the Ga Mantse following his recent accident, expressing relief over his recovery and commending his continued leadership and service.

King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, in his response, expressed gratitude for the visit and the invitation, describing the initiative as an important step toward strengthening healthcare delivery in the country.

He further pledged his support for the rollout of the programme and reaffirmed his commitment to promoting improved access to primary healthcare within the Ga State and beyond.
