Communication Director of the Ghana Football Association, Henry Asante Twum, says the Black Stars are expecting positive results in their upcoming international fixtures this month.

The senior national team, as part of their preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, will come up against Austria and Germany.

The four-time African champions will face Austria on Friday, March 27, before travelling to play Germany on Monday, March 30.

Speaking in an interview with Asempa FM Ultimate Sports Show, Asante Twum hinted that the technical team and players are aiming for positive results against both Austria and Germany.

“We face Austria and Germany in the friendlies with a strong spirit and aim for good results,” he said.

Ghana will also face Mexico and Wales in May and June in their final preparatory fixtures before the start of the Mundial, which will be co-hosted by the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

The Black Stars will compete in Group L against Panama, England, and Croatia.
