A political activist and leading member of Arise Ghana, Selorm Dramani Dzramado, has urged the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) to reassess its strategy as President John Dramani Mahama continues to receive public praise.

Speaking on PrimeMorning on Joy Prime, he stated that the current government’s performance is evident, adding that many Ghanaians can attest to it.

To illustrate his point, he recounted an incident at Tip Toe Lane where there was a power outage.

According to him, he shouted “3y3 zu” expecting criticism of the government, but instead, those around him began praising President Mahama.

He said the reaction made him realise that many Ghanaians acknowledge the challenges the government inherited and appreciate how it is managing the country.

Mr. Dzramado argued that if the NPP hopes to win the 2028 general elections, it must take a step back and critically assess why the current administration is gaining such recognition.
