The Presidency has outlined a busy schedule for President John Dramani Mahama this week, featuring a series of high-level engagements and nationwide activities.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Presidential Spokesperson Felix Kwakye Ofosu said the President’s itinerary will intensify in the coming days.
According to him, President Mahama is expected to hold a dialogue with Organised Labour later today, following an earlier engagement with the business community last month. He is also scheduled to meet Civil Society Organisations at a later date.
Mr Kwakye Ofosu further disclosed that on Wednesday, the President will commence the “Resetting Ghana Tour,” aimed at engaging citizens, inspecting ongoing government projects, and interacting with the media.
As part of the week’s activities, President Mahama will travel to the Afram Plains on Saturday to cut the sod for the construction of the first Farmer Services Centre, one of 70 such facilities expected to be built this year.
Describing the schedule, Mr Kwakye Ofosu noted that it is “a truly packed week” for the President.
