The life and legacy of the late Mrs. Rosemond Owusu Boadi, Chief Executive Officer of the Eno Baatanpa Foundation, were honoured in a solemn yet uplifting celebration marked by gospel music, tributes, and thanksgiving.
Mrs. Owusu Boadi, a native of Asamankese in the Lower West Akim District, passed away on July 23, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, service, and unwavering dedication to humanity. Her death was deeply felt across Ghana’s philanthropic and Christian communities.
The final funeral rites, held from January 9 to January 12, 2026, drew family members, friends, traditional leaders, clergy, foundation executives, and sympathizers from across the country and beyond. The four-day ceremony blended mourning with celebration, as attendees reflected on a life widely described as impactful and selfless.
A major highlight of the celebration was the ministration in music by renowned gospel artistes, whose performances brought comfort and hope to grieving hearts. Leading the worship were Mz Nana, the beloved daughter-in-law of the late Mrs. Owusu Boadi, alongside celebrated gospel ministers Diana Hamilton and Rev. Obaapa Christy.
