The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced the official release of National Service e-certificates for all eligible service personnel.
In a press release dated January 29, 2026, the Authority stated that personnel can now access and download their e-certificates via the NSA portal at posting.gnsa.gov.gh, following the approved procedures on the platform.
Past national service personnel who wish to reprint physical certificates or obtain e-certificates can also apply online for a prescribed fee. The NSA emphasized that this service is optional and not compulsory.
The Authority further announced that Annual Evaluation Forms for the 2024/2025 service year have been uploaded to the portal. All personnel within this service year are required to download, complete, and submit the endorsed forms to their respective District National Service Offices. Access to e-certificates for the 2024/2025 batch will be granted only after submission of the approved evaluation forms.
According to the NSA, applicants must submit an online request with their service details, await approval within five working days, make the necessary payment, complete identity verification using their Ghana Card, and then download the e-certificate upon successful verification.
The Authority has urged organisations and stakeholders to fully recognise and accept the e-certificates issued. Institutions requiring verification can contact the NSA through its official channels.
The NSA reaffirmed its commitment to leveraging digital solutions to improve service delivery and convenience for all stakeholders.
