Hearts of Oak assistant coach slapped with GHC5k fine and three-match ban

The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has handed Hearts of Oak assistant coach Gazale Abdulai a three-match touchline ban and a GHS 5,000 fine for misconduct.

Gazale was found guilty of assaulting a ball retriever during Hearts of Oak’s Ghana Premier League match against Medeama SC at the TNA Park.

The sanctions rule him out of the club’s upcoming fixtures against Bechem United, Asante Kotoko, and Berekum Chelsea.

He has also been given 14 days to pay the fine.

Gazale Abdulai, Assistant Coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, has been handed a three-match ban, fined GHS 5,000, and formally warned by the GFA Disciplinary Committee for misconduct following Hearts’ Ghana Premier League game against Medeama SC.

He was found guilty of assaulting a ball retriever during the said game.

The ban takes immediate effect, and the fine is to be paid within fourteen (14) days of notification of the decision.
