Actress and entrepreneur Fella Makafui has condemned a disturbing comment made about her five-year-old child on social media.

The sexually offensive remark was posted by an individual identified as “Ghatu” on Twitter (now X) under a video Fella shared of her daughter, Island.

Makafui described the comment as crossing all boundaries, exposing her child to language and perceptions no minor should ever be subjected to.

“The incident has caused me significant emotional distress and sleepless nights. No parent should be forced to witness their child being spoken about in such a harmful and inappropriate manner,” she said.

Although the individual has issued an apology, Makafui stressed that it does not erase the nature of the comment and cannot simply be dismissed.

Due to the seriousness of the matter, she revealed that the issue has been formally reported and is now being handled by her legal team.

She emphasized that she will not engage in online exchanges regarding the incident, noting that it has gone beyond social media debate and is now about protecting the dignity and safety of her child.
