Black Galaxies captain Razak Simpson says the team is fully prepared and motivated ahead of their international friendly against South Africa later today.
Ghana will take on the Bafana Bafana at the Dobsonville Stadium in a test Simpson believes offers the Galaxies a timely chance to make a strong impression.
The Nations FC defender, who is also a key figure in Ghana’s CHAN setup, insists the squad is approaching the encounter with focus and confidence.
“We are approaching the game against Bafana Bafana with full seriousness and confidence in our abilities,” he said.
“My teammates have shown great eagerness and readiness for the challenge,” Simpson said.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 14:00 GMT.
The friendly forms part of South Africa’s build-up to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, while the Black Galaxies will use the fixture to sharpen their preparations ahead of the 2026 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifiers.
